We have a trusted network of contractors who handle repairs efficiently, and thanks to our relationship with the Classic Group. The best part? There’s no markup — what we’re charged is exactly what you pay. For any larger issues, we’ll consult with you first to determine the best course of action. You can count on us to keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll get quarterly updates showing how things are going — inspection report, rent collected, expenses, any repairs, etc. Plus, if anything urgent comes up, we’ll let you know right away. We like to keep you in the loop, but not overwhelm you with details.

We’re on top of it! Our system sends automatic rent reminders, and if someone falls behind, we follow up quickly. If necessary, we’ll enforce the terms of the lease to make sure payments are made or take further action if needed.

No worries! Every tenant pays a bond (security deposit), and if there’s any damage, we’ll arrange repairs and take the cost from their deposit. For more serious issues, we’ll help coordinate with insurance and handle any legal steps if required.
