Nathan Watkins
General manager
Nathan’s career started within a large trans-Tasman business that specialised in equipment for fast food restaurants. After progressing to Vice President of APAC, he moved his young family down to the Bay of Plenty for a lifestyle change and joined the Classic Group in the role of Regional Manager – Classic Builders Bay of Plenty. Four years on, Nathan is now the General Manager of Classic Property, looking after our residential sales and property management businesses.
When Nathan isn’t leading the team to create modern urban communities, you can find him feeding his travel bug, on the golf course, hanging out with his kids, and cooking.

Natasha Botha
Head property manager
Natasha joined the Classic Property Management team in 2022, bringing with her a vast amount of experience in property management and marketing.
Originally from South Africa, Natasha has travelled through Europe and Fiji, eventually emigrating to New Zealand in 2018. In her spare time, you will find Natasha making the most of the NZ landscape at the beach, running and mountain biking!
Natasha defies stereotypes about ‘big bad property managers’ and is a big fan of dogs and kids!
